Nansen Capital is created by the founder Einar F. La Lau, to create, design and fundraise leisure projects. The company is based in The Netherlands and focuses on the Dutch an Spanish leisure markt.
Time horizon
Investments are for short time base (5 years), with a quick return on investment. The projects (to be) created are for the long time base (20 years), with a constant cashflow and re investments.
Goal
The goal of Nansen Capital is to capitalize and realise the leisure park ideas of the founder E.F. La Lau.
Intellectual property of the projects and ideas of the founder have been transferred from the founder in private to Nansen Capital as subordinated loan.

Investments
Investments can be made for a time period of maximal 5 Years by private, crowd fund or corporate investors. By every quarter a interest of 3-5% is paid out, after 5 Years your basic invest shall be returned. The risk tolerance is spread by exploitation and real estate, ground, where the exploitation takes place. Every project has a other spread of higher and lower risk parts.
